ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-5 days to let you
know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - Perikleous Avenue 56, 15561 Cholargos, Attiki, GREECE
Orders can be picked up strictly upon appointment (usually daily from 11:00 to 16:00). An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup and you need to offer us your availability for the appointment.

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 4 kilometers of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. In any case, you may contact us so that we discuss all options.
Orders placed before 11 a.m. can start being prepared within the same day and delivered to the shipping company the next day after completion the soonest. Orders placed after 11 a.m. will start being prepared the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-25 days using Hellenic Post depending to the destination.
Post's delivery standard is 2-7 days within Greece, 5-15 days within Europe, 5-25 days for the rest of the world. Flat rate shipping fee of 5€ applies to orders shipping to Greece.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to X days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
