We always try to process all orders within 1-3 working days and ship them within 5 working days by the time they are ready.

Greece Shipping Policy

Orders within Greece are shipped by ACS Courier which is fast enough with hundreds of points of delivery all over the country. Once shipped, we are providing the tracking number at your order page with e-mail notification. In case you face any difficulties with the delivery, please feel free to contact us and we will respond shortly. Mandatory for the shipment is that you provide us with a valid phone number upon your order. In case you haven't noted on your order a valid phone number, we will remind you via email as soon as we receive your order. Please keep in mind that if we don't receive an answer from you with a valid phone number, the order is not going to be shipped.

Orders from Greece are being charged by the criteria below:

  • Orders above 70€: Free Shipping
  • Orders below 70€ Weight 0kg–2kg: Expenses of 5.00€
  • Orders below 70€ Weight 2.01kg–3kg: Expenses of 6.30€
  • Orders below 70€ Weight 3.01kg–4kg: Expenses of 7.90€
  • Orders below 70€ Weight 4.01kg–5kg: Expenses of 9.50€
  • Orders below 70€ Weight 5.01kg and up: Expenses of 11.10€


Europe and UK Shipping Policy

All items are being shipped with ELTA and usually take 5-10 working days to be received, depending on the country. Once shipped, we are providing the tracking number at your order page with e-mail notification. Mandatory for the shipment is that you provide us with a valid phone number upon your order. In case you haven't noted on your order a valid phone number, we will remind you via email as soon as we receive your order. Please keep in mind that if we don't receive an answer from you with a valid phone number, the order is not going to be shipped.

Orders to be shipped to European Countries and the UK are being charged as below:

  • Orders above 70€ – Free Shipping
  • Orders below 70€ Weight 0kg–2kg: Expenses of 12.80€
  • Orders below 70€ Weight 2.01kg–3kg: Expenses of 14.80€
  • Orders below 70€ Weight 3.01kg–4kg: Expenses of 16.80€
  • Orders below 70€ Weight 4.01kg and up: Expenses of 19.80€

 US, Canada, Australia, Africa, Asia Shipping Policy

  • Orders above 70€ – Free Shipping
  • Orders below 70€ Weight 0kg–2kg: Expenses of 19.80€
  • Orders below 70€ Weight 2.01kg and up: Expenses of 28.90€


Important Notice Regarding Shipping to the United States:
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations and postal tariff policies, we are temporarily unable to accept orders or ship packages to the United States. Any orders placed with a U.S. shipping address will unfortunately have to be canceled and fully refunded.
